Our work with True Alliance included the delivery of a key outlet Centre for 4 of their brands in the DFO Centre at Perth Airport.  As part of the Centre’s development plans delivery dates were key with all stores in the fashion precinct to be launched at once.  Working through a development process means tight deadlines and significant problem solving due to the pressure and stakeholders involved.  Integrating 4 brands into the one store and working with designers; shopfitters; retail brand managers and the Centre team to ensure all 4 brands are equally represented within the space was quite an achievement.
