We project managed the transformation of a beautiful heritage building from a Ben Sherman store to a stunning Lacoste flagship store.  Working with Coma Design Studio and Silk Eternity / AGM shopfitters our role was to ensure the store opened in accordance with Lacoste global standards; on time and on budget and with smooth logistics and delivery processes executed in a busy CBD location.
