The North Face’s first store in the Nation’s capital, this project was a significant investment for the brand and required strong project management which we were able to deliver.  With challenges including two entrances; storage mid-store; enormous local tree trunks delivered to site and installed and only 28 days for a 200sqm+ store, information flow and multiple stakeholder management was key.  Working closely with the design team and the shopfitters we were able to meet all these challenges head on and deliver a beautifully designed store on time to the retail operations team.
