Unfortunately, on occasion, there may be disputes or lease issues which need to be handled with landlords and shopping centres whilst also maintaining a good relationship. We can manage this process on your behalf, understanding the key issues and the range of possible solutions whilst you can focus on operating your business. We can develop strategic plans for the business and / or stakeholders including property managers and Centre Management teams that can help navigate the challenging times and provide the best chance for survival and growth. We can also handle lease disputes when they arise including mediations if necessary with the sole objective to avoid the need for legal representation / litigation.
